The Same Team, On Your Home

MCR Residential takes on high end renovations and additions, run by the superintendents and finished by the carpenters behind our commercial interiors.

A Superintendent on Every JobEvery residential job gets a superintendent who is on it daily, and the same crews who trim out our commercial interiors.

Renovations and Additions, Built Like Commercial Work

The same preconstruction, the same scheduling discipline and the same superintendents that run our commercial jobs.

High End RenovationsWhole house and room by room, taken back to studs where it needs to be. The finish carpentry bench behind our commercial interiors is the same one that trims these out.
AdditionsNew square footage that reads as though it was always there. Structure, roof lines, envelope and interior finished to match what is already standing.
Design and Budget FirstWe price the work properly before anyone demolishes anything, so the number you approve is the number you build.
One SuperintendentLiving through a renovation is hard enough. One person is accountable for your house, your schedule and the trades coming through it.
